How to keep it working
Ultra Mobile's PayGo plan runs in 30-day cycles and takes its $3 monthly fee from a prepaid wallet; Auto Renew can top the wallet up by $5, $10 or $20 a month. If the fee is not paid by the renewal date the line is suspended: no calls, texts or data, though 911 and 611 still work. You then have 60 days to pay; after that the number is deleted and cannot be recovered. PayGo's roaming covers voice, SMS and MMS paid from the wallet, with no data roaming. On Ultra's other plans, UpRoam credit ($5, $10, $20 or $40, never expiring) pays for calls, texts and data abroad, and Ultra's roaming rate pages list China, Hong Kong, Japan and Taiwan.
