Community Guidelines

What you can send to RewardVane, what we do not publish, how reports and blocking work, and how we enforce these rules.

2026/10/04

Effective October 4, 2026. RewardVane lets you send tips, reviews, corrections and reports, and read what our editors publish. These guidelines say what we welcome, what we will not publish, and what happens when something goes wrong. They are part of our Terms of Service.

How it works

  • Nothing you send is public as you wrote it. Every submission is read by our editors. If we publish something, it is written and checked by us, labeled as reader-submitted and unverified, and it does not carry your name or email address.
  • There are no public comments, replies or private messages between users. You cannot be contacted by other users through RewardVane.
  • You decide what you see. You can block users, channels and keywords from Settings → Privacy and security → Blocking.
  • You can report anything. Every published post has a Report action.

What we welcome

  • Accurate tips about offers, rewards, category rules, expiry dates and changes to card benefits, with a source if you have one.
  • Corrections to a card, rule or amount that is wrong or out of date.
  • Honest reviews from your own experience.

What we do not publish

  • Anything that asks for or contains private financial or personal details, such as card numbers, security codes, passwords, account or statement images, addresses, phone numbers or identity documents, yours or anyone else's. If you send these by mistake, we delete them and do not read them again.
  • False, misleading or unverifiable claims, including guaranteed returns, "sure approval" claims, or offers that cannot be checked.
  • Undisclosed promotion. Referral links, affiliate links and paid placements must be disclosed. Spam, repeated posting and advertising for unrelated products are not allowed.
  • Help to commit fraud or abuse a program, including card or points laundering, cash-out schemes, fake accounts and ways around an issuer's rules.
  • Harassment, hate, threats, sexual or violent content, and anything that targets a person or a group.
  • Content that infringes someone else's rights, including copied articles, images you do not have the right to share, or impersonation of a bank, issuer or person.
  • Anything illegal where you live or where we operate.

Reporting

Use Report on a post. Choose why: inaccurate, expired, abusive or harmful, spam or advertising, or something else, and add a note if you want. You can also write to company@houshan.de about content or a user. If something infringes your copyright, send us a copyright notice.

We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. What we do depends on what we find: we correct, withdraw or remove the content; we warn or restrict the account that sent it; and for serious or repeated violations we end the account. A report never reveals who made it to the person reported.

Blocking

Blocking hides what you chose to block from your feed, on your device. Block a channel or a keyword to stop seeing it, and unblock any time in the same place.

Enforcement and appeals

We may remove content, limit what an account can send, or close an account that breaks these guidelines or the Terms. If we do, we tell you what happened and why where it is safe to do so. If you think we got it wrong, reply to the message we sent you or write to company@houshan.de and a different person will look again.

Changes

We may update these guidelines as the Service grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.
