How to keep it working

T-Mobile's postpaid plans carry texting and data to 215+ destinations, Japan, Hong Kong, China and Taiwan among them. Experience Beyond and Go5G Next include 15 GB of high-speed data abroad, while Experience More, Experience Max and Go5G Plus include 5 GB; after that data runs at up to 256 kbps, and texting is unlimited. Essentials plans include free texting but no data abroad, so you buy an International Pass for 1, 10 or 30 days. Pay-in-advance and No Credit Check plans are excluded, so check which plan the line is on before relying on it for codes abroad. Outside the 215+ destinations a text costs $0.50.
