How to tell us that something on RewardVane uses your work without permission, what to include, and what we do next.
2026/10/04
Effective October 4, 2026. If you own a work and something on RewardVane uses it without permission, tell us with the form below. A person reads every notice. This page says what to include, what happens next, and how we handle your details.
A notice we can act on contains:
Typing your full name in the form is your signature. A notice that is missing something cannot be acted on, and we may write back to ask for it.
We use your name and email address only to handle the notice and to answer you. They are visible to the people who handle notices and to no one else. We do not publish your notice, and we do not pass your email address to anyone who sent the material in. We keep the notice as a record of what was claimed and what we did, for as long as we may need it to answer a legal claim. See our Privacy Policy.
A notice is a legal statement. Do not send one unless you believe it is correct. A false notice can have legal consequences for the person who sends it, and we may stop acting on repeated notices that turn out to be unfounded.
What we publish is written and checked by our editors, and material sent in by readers does not carry anyone's name. If you sent something in and it was removed after a notice, write to company@houshan.de and quote the reference if you have it. A different person will look again. Our Community Guidelines explain how reports, removals and appeals work in general.
Write to company@houshan.de with the same information. For other kinds of problem with a post, use Report in the app.
