How to keep it working

China Unicom offers a suspend-and-keep service (停机保号/复机) in its app and web hall. The agreement for its Tencent King Card says it cannot be requested in the month a line is activated, only from the 1st of the next month; that while a line is suspended this way the monthly plan fee stops and a keep fee is charged instead; that a premium (靓号) number cannot be suspended during its agreement period; and that a line suspended for arrears for three full months may be cancelled by Unicom. The page we read does not state the keep fee, and provinces set their own terms, so ask 10010 or check the app for the amount before you rely on it.
