What keeps points alive
Virgin Points have no time limit for redeeming, provided you stay a member of Flying Club (and of Virgin Red if you joined it) and keep to the terms. The terms list the cases in which an account may be cancelled, and cancelling it forfeits access to all the points. Flying Club reward vouchers are separate: those earned from 30 October 2024 last 24 months from the day they are awarded.

These are statements from each programme's own terms on the day shown. Programmes change their rules, and promotional points often have shorter lives, so read the terms before you rely on a date.
