How we keep it
Where every figure comes from, and what we leave out.
The libraries on this site say what the issuer or the programme says on its own page, with the day someone read it and a link back. Nothing is ranked or sold, and a figure nobody published stays blank.
One page behind every entry
Each kind of entry has its own rule for what it may rest on.
Cards
Fees, rewards and benefits come from the issuer’s own page for that card. Each card shows the day it was read and links to that page, so you can check us against the source in one click.
Debit cards, programmes and SIMs
Each entry rests on one first-party page: the bank, airline, hotel group or carrier that owns the rule. It is published only when it is written out in all four languages.
Guides
A guide cites the issuer, the card network, a regulator or the platform it is about. A review site, an aggregator or a competitor is not a source.
A blank means nobody published it.
When the source page does not state a fee, a limit or an expiry, the entry says it is not listed, or shows nothing. We do not fill a gap from a forum post or an estimate, and we do not show a zero for “unknown”.
What we leave out on purpose
These are product rules, not marketing lines.
No commissions, no paid places
The libraries and guides carry no referral links and no sponsored position. Nobody can buy a place in them.
No league tables
We list and compare what issuers publish. We do not rank cards or tell you which one to apply for.
No borrowed pictures
Card pictures are small versions of the artwork as the issuer shows it, each kept on a record with its source and taken down when the rights holder asks. A card without a record is drawn by us.
No numbers from a model
Amounts come from versioned rules. AI can read and explain, but it never decides what you earn.
How the news feed is made
Nothing in the feed publishes itself.
A source is admitted
An editor adds each source with the basis for using it. The program that reads public pages names itself on its own page.
A write-up is prepared
What it reads becomes a proposal first. Wording written with the help of AI says so in the text itself.
A person decides
Someone takes a candidate, checks it, and publishes it or leaves it.
Found something that no longer matches?
Open the card or entry, follow its source link and tell us what you see. We correct the entry from the source and change its check date.
Start with the one thing you keep forgetting.
Add a card, a subscription or a points balance. RewardVane turns it into dates you can act on.
