What keeps points alive
Regular points last one year (12 months) from the last change in your balance (earning, using or exchanging them; using fixed-expiry points other than store-limited ones also counts). Any change moves the date on, and if the year passes with none, all regular points lapse. Fixed-expiry points, such as campaign points, keep their own dates and are never extended, and changes in store-limited V Points do not count. Points exchanged for a coupon take that coupon's expiry date.
