What keeps points alive

All points expire at the end of the 18th consecutive month in which you have not earned points or status credits or redeemed points. Family transfers and transfers from Qantas Business Rewards do not count as activity. Qantas notifies you in the 60 days before expiry, and expired points cannot be re-credited.

Where this comes from

Read from the issuer's or programme's own page. Open it to check a fact before you rely on it.

These are statements from each programme's own terms on the day shown. Programmes change their rules, and promotional points often have shorter lives, so read the terms before you rely on a date.

Logos belong to their owners. They appear here only to show which programme is meant, and do not suggest that any programme or owner is connected with, or endorses, this site.
