What keeps points alive
There are no points to expire: members get a welcome gift and members-only offers, and can choose up to two extra privileges when they book a qualifying rate directly. Cancelling the membership forfeits any unused benefits, and a membership inactive for over five years may be terminated by the group, again forfeiting them.
