What keeps points alive
Under the terms, Award Points expire once you go 24 consecutive months without earning any Brilliant Points, and forfeited points cannot be reinstated. The programme's FAQ says it changes on 12 January 2027 and that, as part of a run-off, Award Points can be redeemed only until 11 January 2028, whatever their normal date. Claims for missing points on activity up to 11 January 2027 are due by 11 July 2027.
