What keeps points alive
The group's member guide says each batch of points is valid for two years (24 months), and points not redeemed by then count as given up and are deducted automatically; the points page in your account shows the date of each batch. The group's current terms (updated 8 April 2026) leave the points rules to a supplementary text, so go by the date on your points page rather than by the guide alone.
