What keeps points alive
Consumption points roll: each valid earn or redemption extends the whole balance to 24 months after that day, and with no valid activity for 24 months the remaining points are cleared, although the membership stays. Missing points can be claimed within 180 days of the flight or the partner purchase. The club leaves it to members to track both deadlines.
