What keeps points alive
Under the terms in force from 4 May 2026, an Explorer member aged 18 or over has one 24-month clock: miles lapse 24 months after the last earning activity, and each new earn extends the whole balance for another 24 months. Elite and Elite Plus members, Flying Blue Extra subscribers and members under 18 are not subject to expiry. The validity date is shown in your account.
