What keeps points alive

For members aged 12 and over, mileage is valid for 36 months: flight miles count from the flight date, non-flight miles from the day they are credited (a product or campaign may say otherwise). Platinum, Gold and Silver members lose no miles during their tier period, and get 12 months of protection after dropping to Pearl. Children aged 2 to 11 hold miles with no expiry until they turn 12.

These are statements from each programme's own terms on the day shown. Programmes change their rules, and promotional points often have shorter lives, so read the terms before you rely on a date.

Logos belong to their owners. They appear here only to show which programme is meant, and do not suggest that any programme or owner is connected with, or endorses, this site.
