What keeps points alive

Redeemable miles are valid for 36 months, counted from the month of the flight (flight miles) or of the purchase (partner spending), and nothing extends them; unused miles are cancelled automatically when the period ends. Keep the ticket, boarding pass or bill until the miles show in your account.

These are statements from each programme's own terms on the day shown. Programmes change their rules, and promotional points often have shorter lives, so read the terms before you rely on a date.

Logos belong to their owners. They appear here only to show which programme is meant, and do not suggest that any programme or owner is connected with, or endorses, this site.
